Air Arabia Maroc inaugurates international flights from Tetouan
Air Arabia Maroc is expanding its network by announcing new routes from Tetouan, a key city in northern Morocco. Saniat R’mel airport in Tetouan, a real air hub, is preparing to connect the region to four important European destinations. This expansion includes three Spanish cities – Barcelona, Malaga, and Madrid – as well as a connection to Brussels in Belgium.
The addition of Tetouan as Air Arabia Maroc’s sixth major hub strengthens the company’s presence in the region, aligning with its other strategic bases in Casablanca, Tangier, Oujda, Fez, and Nador.
The start of operations for these new routes is planned for the end of March 2024. They complete the international network already established by the Moroccan low cost airline, in particular with its flights announced from its base in Rabat-Salé.
Flights between Fez and Dakhla
Air Arabia Maroc’s flight expansion program also included domestic flights. The Emirati low-cost carrier has announced the creation of a route connecting two of the most popular tourist cities in the Moroccan kingdom.
