The Moroccan national company, Royal Air Maroc, inaugurated a new VIP lounge at Terminal 1 of Mohammed V airport in Casablanca. This will be exclusively reserved for domestic flights.
Royal Air Maroc (RAM), which offers its passengers all the comforts of a first-rate international company, has reopened the VIP lounge at Casablanca airport, where its hub is located.
Business travelers and Royal Air Maroc passengers will now be able to wait for their domestic flight at Mohamed V airport in Casablanca very comfortably in the new VIP lounge dedicated to them.
Located at Terminal 1, this new 230 m2 VIP lounge can accommodate up to 70 people. Passengers waiting for a domestic flight at Casablanca airport will therefore have access to computers connected to the Internet, televisions, a selection of national press and access to the wifi network. In addition, they will be able to benefit from a varied catering offer.
Access to the lounge is reserved for Business Class passengers and those in Economy Class who have a Silver, Gold, Ambassador, Business Partn’air and RAM Partn’air card.
Thus, the so-called Atlas Lounge at the Casablanca Mohamed V airport has undergone a complete renovation in order to receive passengers traveling in Business class in a refined and elegant space upon arrival in the Moroccan capital.
One of the main improvements is the increased capacity of the salon, which has been doubled and can now accommodate 150 passengers. For the comfort and privacy of travelers, the lounge has been divided into several spaces: welcoming, resting equipped with sofas, waiting with individual armchairs, a restaurant area and a bar. The latter two serve the creations devised by the chefs at RAM, which is also a gastronomic brand.

Lounge access is restricted to passengers traveling in Business class as well as those traveling in economy class holding one of the following cards: Silver, Gold, Ambassador, Business PARTN’AIR, and RAM PARTN’AIR.
Royal Air Maroc offers its customers the second VIP lounge at Mohammed V Airport in Casablanca. The first is for international flights at Terminal2. This is the fourth VIP lounge that the national airline operates after those in Marrakech and Orly. In addition, there are exclusive lounges shared with Royal Air Maroc partners at more than 47 airports around the world.
The initiative aims to improve the quality of service and increase the customer satisfaction rate. Almost 25,000 passengers annually use domestic Business class flights. This fair is therefore intended to improve the travel experience for the benefit of this highly contributory segment.
Who can access this show?
Free access: Access to this VIP lounge is free under the following conditions: If you have a Business class plane ticket. If you have a Safar Flyer Gold or Platinum loyalty card If you have Emerald or Sapphire loyalty cards from the One World Business Alliance. Some banks or similar entities also grant cards with these characteristics.
If the conditions of your ticket or card allow it, you can enter accompanied by another passenger for free.
Any other passenger who is not within the above assumptions must pay the corresponding fee for the use of the VIP lounge.
The entrance fees to the lounges vary according to each airport. Payment is made at the reception and as an access requirement you must show your boarding pass. In general, payment is made by credit or debit card and in the currencies allowed by the room.
By accessing this salon, what services are offered to customers?
Passengers who access the Royal Air Maroc VIP lounge in any way (free or paid) have free access to all the services it offers.
The most common VIP services offered in this lounge are: catering service (savory sandwiches and selection of sweet snacks), hot and cold drinks, newspapers, use of computers, free Wi-Fi, TV, areas equipped to relax, toilets , air-conditioned room and personalized information service on your flight.
Other services that the VIP lounge can also offer: recliners or sun loungers, fax and photocopying service, restaurant, showers, meeting or work rooms, wellness service, hairdresser, access for pets or pets, etc.
